成果简介	NOVELTY - Invention relates to chemical and food industries and can be used in production of dry disperse materials, in particular, for food purpose, for example dry milk, nanoencapsulated complex biologically active ingredients or pectin. Suspension drying device comprises drying chamber, gas distributing elements and hydraulic feed nozzles. Working zone of drying chamber is made in form of gap between coaxial cylinders, from which inner cylinder is housing of chamber, and external cylinder is guiding supply line with hydraulic nozzles at product and heat carrier outlet. Device contains gas-distributing elements. In its turn, supply line is made in the form of coaxial cylindrical pipes, in the gap between which pressure of high-temperature heat carrier moves under pressure, and along the axis of internal cylinder supply of dried suspension occurs.
