成果简介	NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology, and can be used for administering the preparation in the tissues of the external auditory canal in treating patients with tissue hypertrophy in the medial portion of the external auditory canal. That is ensured by conducting the needle through the lumen of the external auditory canal and administering the solution in the form of injections. Needle is passed through a lumen of the external auditory canal to its medial part. Insertion of the needle is started in the direction from the anterior meatotympanic angle to the posterior meatotympanic angle. Injections are performed directly into hypertrophic tissue by immersing whole needle section therein. Solution is introduced into the hypertrophic tissue by parts by injections performed at a distance no closer than 3mm from each prick-in point, creating a drug depot directly in the hypertrophic tissue. USE - Medicine. ADVANTAGE - Method provides higher clinical effectiveness with reduced dose of the administered preparation, increased time of its resorption from the depot created, as well as reduced traumatism of the procedure and enables avoiding disturbed microcirculation when introducing the solutions. 1 cl, 3 dwg, 1 ex
