| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to maxillofacial surgery and surgical dentistry, and is intended for use in increasing the volume of soft tissues of the mucous membrane of the alveolar crest of the jaw. Under local anaesthesia Sol. Ultracaini DS forte 1.7 ml perform displaced vestibular horizontal incision in parallel to apex of crest and from vestibular side two vertical incisions through alveolar ridge, mucous flap is cast into the oral side and an allogenic plexus is placed in the prepared recipient bed formed between the periosteum and the oral mucosa and corresponding to the size of the graft, wherein the lateral edge of the dura mater facing the buccal side is placed in the vestibular recipient bed, and the medial edge of the dura mater is exposed to the oral side of the recipient's bed and the flap is immobilized on the alveolar ridge to the gingival mucosa by two vertical circular sutures made at the top and base of the flap, and the wound edges are sutured together by a continuous suture. All seams are made from non-resorbable material. USE - Medicine.
