成果简介	NOVELTY - Invention relates to medicine, specifically to ophthalmology. For treating painful bullous keratopathy, corneal collagen is crosslinked with riboflavin instillation with dextran, total anterior stromal puncture with an oblique needle inlet in the cornea stroma during instillation of riboflavin with dextran before UV radiation. 1520 minutes before the procedure, retrobulbar anaesthesia is performed with the help of ropivacaine, pressing down the needle prick with the finger. After the needle is removed, the prick-in point is tightly pressed down for 510 minutes with a roller of frozen liquid with diameter not less than 1.5 cm and length of not less than 5 cm, wrapped in a sterile gauze tissue. USE - Medicine.
