成果简介	NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to rhinosinusosurgery, and can be used in surgical intervention on maxillary sinuses. Infiltration anesthesia and medialization of the inferior nasal concha is performed. A U-shaped incision is made: vertical lines of the incision are made at the level of the anterior end of the inferior nasal concha and at the posterior edge of the canopy of the lower nasal passage; a horizontal incision is made from behind in front of the bottom of the nose and the lower borders of the vertical incisions are joined to form a U-shaped flap.
