成果简介NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to anaesthesiology and resuscitation, and can be used for treating multiple organ failure syndrome in newborns. That is ensured by conventional therapy. Additionally, haemofiltration is performed in a continuous extracorporeal circuit on a multiFiltrate apparatus of Fresenius company, Germany, in a continuous vein-venous haemofiltration CVVH. Program Extended daily dialysis CVVH kit, multiFiltrate-Kit paed CRRT/SCUF extracorporeal blood purification kit and UltrafluxAVpaed hemofilter. Substitute is represented by MultiBik solution of Fresenius company, Germany. Immediately before the haemofiltration procedure, the newborn's body weight (m), kg accurate to 0.001 kg, is determined. Parameters of the procedure are calculated by formulas: rate of extracorporeal blood flow (V1), ml/min, V1 = 18.0xm and rate of substitution: ml/h, respectively, in the first (V2), in the second (V3), third and subsequent hours of the procedure (V4) V2 = 80.0xm, V3 = 120.0xm and V4 = 160.0xm. Calculated value of the extracorporeal blood flow velocity V1 is rounded off to an integer multiple of 2.0 ml/min. Each calculated value of the rate of substitute V2, V3 and V4 is rounded to an integer multiple of 10.0 ml/h. Obtained values of procedure parameters are introduced into program of apparatus multiFiltrate. That is followed by one haemofiltration session lasting 1012 hours. USE - Medicine.
