成果简介NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to neurosurgery, maxillofacial surgery and dentistry, and human anatomy. Visual anatomical landmarks are palpated: a coronoid process, a mandible condyle, a retromolar fossa, an angle of the lower jaw. X-ray contrast markers are placed thereon. Skull roentgenogram is performed in a lateral projection. On the roentgenogram, graphical marking is applied by connecting points visualized by previously installed X-ray contrast markers with formation of segments: first - between the angle of the lower jaw and the retromolar fossa, the second - between the middle of the condyle of the lower jaw and the border of the front and middle one-third of the first segment, the third one - between the middle of the coronoid process and the angle of the lower jaw. Point is marked, which is simultaneously a front and middle one-third of the first segment, a point of puncture and cannulation of the lower alveolar nerve and a projection of an internal opening of the canal of the lower jaw. Second segment is determined as a direction of the mandibular canal. Line parallel to the first segment is drawn through the point of intersection of the second and third segments and is a reference point of the height of the point of entry of the lower alveolar nerve into the canal of the lower jaw. Graphical markings are transferred to the inner surface of the oral cavity from the X-ray image so that the puncture point and the drawn line are visualized. After puncture and achieving anaesthesia of the innervating zone of the lower alveolar nerve, the inner opening of the mandibular cannula is cannulated. Distal end of the cannula with electrodes is moved to a mandibular canal at 12 mm. Lower alveolar nerve is decomposed. USE - Medicine. ADVANTAGE - Method enables providing the electrode insertion precision to the lower alveolar nerve through an internal hole of the mandibular canal, reducing the probability of additional injuries of the mandibular nerve. 1 cl, 1 ex, 3 dwg
