| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to local anaesthesia in dentistry, and can be used for selecting the type of dental pulp anesthetizing on the lower jaw in children with mixed bite in dental surgery. Number of tooth (N) on the lower jaw is determined from the centre of the jaw to the external edge of the branch for local anaesthesia. Age of the child (A) is determined, followed by summation of the above values, and if the sum of the values N+A15, conductive anaesthesia is applied, if N+A less than 15 - infiltration. When assigning a child to a group with recommended infiltration anaesthesia, CT of lower jaw is performed with subsequent measurement of thickness of cortical plate (mm) from buccal side on cross section of obtained image in two regions relative to projection of root of tooth - in neck area (DNa) and in middle of root (DMr) of tooth, if the obtained values are in ranges 1.26DNa1.6, 1.41DMr2.45, intresseptal anaesthesia is chosen, if the obtained values fall outside the specified interval, the infiltration anaesthesia with compression is used.
