| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to medicine, particularly to cardiovascular surgery. That is followed by sequential cannulation: a brachiocephalic trunk with an arterial cannula with a lateral branch, a common femoral artery, a right atrial eye. Artificial blood circulation is performed as follows: a right atrium - a brachiocephalic trunk - a common femoral artery. Then, perfusion is performed on arterial cannulas separately by means of two pumps. Clamps are applied on brachiocephalic arteries and on isthmus of aorta behind left subclavian artery. Aortic arch is dissected with resection of aneurysm or delamination. Antegrade large-hemispheric cerebral perfusion is performed by perfusion of the left common carotid artery through a lateral tap of an arterial cannula of a brachiocephalic trunk. Distal bevelled anastomosis of the aortic arch and a synthetic prosthesis and a proximal anastomosis with an ascending aorta is formed in the absence of deep hypothermia and a circulatory arrest. USE - Medicine. ADVANTAGE - Method enables to avoid the use of circulatory arrest, promotes operation on the "dry" operating field, and also enables to preserve antegrade perfusion of the brain and distal perfusion visceral organs, reduced risk of developing imbalance on the side of coagulation and anticoagulant system and phenomena of systemic inflammatory response syndrome. 1 cl, 1 ex, 1 dwg |
