成果简介NOVELTY - The method involves taking a video along the lower umbilical fold by an open method, the institution of a trocar for optics under general anesthesia. The puncture of the abdominal wall to the peritoneum is monitored over the projection of the inner inguinal ring. The audit of the groin areas is implemented. An auxiliary ligature that forms a lasso around the inner inguinal ring is used. The main ligature from a non-absorbable suture material is preperitoneally, held. The latter is tightened to close the inner inguinal ring. A node is formed outside and immersed under the child's skin and applying aseptic dressings. An incision is made in the scrotum area up to 0.5 cm with the opening of the testicular membranes for the outflow of serous fluid located between the testicle's own membranes.
