| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention can be used for preparing a solution for injections used in treating oncological diseases by magnetic hyperthermia and a method for preparing it. Essence of the invention is that the pharmaceutical composition for preparing the injection solution when used in treating magnetic hyperthermia is a lyophilisate of a solution of magnetic nanoparticles of cobalt ferrite (CoFe2O4) with size of not more than 20 nm, coated with sorbitol molecules, with following ratio of components, wt.%: cobalt ferrite 7075, sorbitol 2530.
