| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to medicine, particularly to otorhinolaryngology. Immediately before the operation, whole patient's venous blood in amount of 2 ml is centrifuged in sterile test tube with anticoagulant 3.8% sodium citrate in 230 rpm for 8 minutes. Plasma enriched with thrombocyte growth factors is selectively separated from the remaining blood components. Blood plasma is activated with catalyst - 10% calcium chloride in amount of 4 drops of solution per 1 ml of plasma. It is followed by application of 0.5 ml of blood autoplasma enriched with thrombocyte growth factors in the tympanic membrane perforation area. USE - Medicine. ADVANTAGE - Method enables improving the treatment results of the tympanic membrane perforation by accelerating tissue regeneration in the absence of allergic reactions, reducing the length of the pre- and postoperative period. 1 cl, 1 tbl |
