| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to medicine, specifically to ophthalmology. For treating retinal detachment with lower retinal ruptures, a standard three-port vitrectomy is carried out, perfluoroorganic compound (PFOC) is introduced into the vitreous cavity, PFOC is replaced with air and endolaser coagulation of the retina is performed. After endolaser coagulation of retina 0.5 ml of viscoelastic is introduced into the vitreal cavity. Termination of operation is completed by tamponade of vitreal cavity with 15% gas-air mixture containing perfluoropropane C3F8, for this purpose, gas-air mixture is introduced through one of ports with the help of syringe with volume of 20 cm3, simultaneously with it two other ports are closed. Patient is placed face-up half-sitting for two days. USE - Medicine.
