成果简介NOVELTY - Optical coherence tomography (hereinafter - OCT) scan of the macular area of the retina is performed, continuing the scan in the angiography mode with a scan length of 3 to 6 mm, and evaluating the structural changes of the retina and the focus of choroidal neovascularization, taking into account the shape, size, branching of blood vessels, the presence of loops and anastomoses. The functional prognosis is determined. When visualizing a network of newly formed vessels in the form of a tangle, lace or coral, a network of small anastomosing capillaries and an adductor vessel of the choroid, penetrating retinal pigment epithelium (hereinafter - RPE), serous detachment of the neuroepithelium and/or RPE in the projection of the subretinal neovascular membrane (SNM), neovascular age-related macular degeneration (nVMD) is diagnosed. When visualizing an intrascleral vessel that perforates the sclera at the site of extreme thinning of the choroid and penetrates into the external parts of the retina through existing RPE defects, myopic choroidal neovascularization (mCHNV) is diagnosed. USE - Medicine; ophthalmology. ADVANTAGE - Method allows increasing accuracy of diagnostics by identifying signs that determine the functional prognosis and effectiveness of anti-VEGF therapy of various types of neovascularization. 1 cl, 2 ex, 6 dwg
