| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The method involves transarterial inserting of a catheter with a balloon at a level of the aorta above the bifurcation. The skin and femoral artery are punctured with an 18G needle 12 cm below the inguinal fold. A short conductor is inserted. An introducer with a hemostatic valve, is introduced into the arterial lumen through the conductor. A 260 cm long conductor is inserted through the introducer. The tip of introducer is positioned in the descending abdominal aorta. A balloon catheter is inserted into the infrarenal section of the abdominal aorta. A mixture of contrast medium and isotonic is introduced under fluoroscopic control a solution in a ratio of 1:1 diluted in a 20 ml syringe. The balloon is inflated, causing occlusion of the lumen and, upon reaching complete occlusion of the lumen of the aorta,the introduction is stopped, the time of ischemia is not more than 12 minutes.
