| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The method involves fitting patient with I-GEL supraglottic airway with attached EZ-multiport adapter, through which artificial volumetric ventilation of lungs is carried out, after induction into anesthesia. The air duct is set with the subsequent transition to high-frequency jet ventilation of the lungs, at the end of the operation. The operating laryngoscope is removed, the I-GEL supraglottic air duct is reinstalled, artificial volumetric ventilation of the lungs is resumed, and high-frequency jet ventilation is stopped.
