成果简介	NOVELTY - The method involves creating pneumoperitoneum and establishing 4-5 trocars, by endotracheal anesthesia. The parietal peritoneum is opened over the ureter. The stricture zone and the healthy portion of the ureter 1-2 cm are highlighted above the stricture. The ureter is transversely crossed. The bladder is mobilized, and a flap 2-4 cm wide and 10-12 cm long is cut out from its anterolateral wall. The flap is sutured into the tube with Vicryl 3.0 interrupted sutures. The ends of the ureter and the formed tube are connected end-to-end on the inner stent using antireflux protection, when the width of the ureter is more than 2 cm, then create a full papilla, when the width of the ureter is less than 2 cm, then create a half-nipple.
