成果简介NOVELTY - Method for increasing effectiveness of drug enzimsporin in microencapsulation process involves performing microcapsulation of drug enzimsporin using sodium alginate as shells of microcapsules, precipitating with non-solvent using acetone solution as a precipitant and 2.2 M calcium chloride solution to stabilize the capsules, where 40% acetone solution is used as precipitant, and adding 5% crystalline trypsin enzyme into the preparation. USE - The method is useful for increasing effectiveness of drug enzimsporin in microencapsulation process.
