成果简介	NOVELTY - The stopper has a cap that is set in the lower portion in which a leg is made. The cap is capable of being installed in the neck of the bottle. A stopper is made of two different materials in the form of a single piece, with portion of the cap and the inner portion of the leg are made of rigid material. The outer portion of the leg is made of elastic material. The lower portion of the cap adjacent to the outer portion of the leg is made of an elastic material. The outer portion of the cap is made of elastic material. The leg is made annular, containing an internal cavity along the longitudinal axis. The head is comprised of through axial hole filled with elastic material. A thermoplastic polymer is used as a rigid material. The thermoplastic elastomers are used as the elastic material. USE - Medical stopper for sealing vials with medicinal products. ADVANTAGE - The manufacturing technology allows to reduce the consumption of expensive elastomers, which reduces the cost of the product. The stopper can be made in various standard sizes and proportions of materials, depending on the size and purpose of the vials to be sealed, and can be used to seal pharmaceutical vials with or without additional fixation at the neck with a wrapping cap, since the design solution ensures the tightness of the connection between the stopper and the vial.
