成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to medicine, namely to dermatology, gynecology, oncology, and can be used for photodynamic therapy with intradermal photosensitization of skin lesions and photoaging skin. For this, non-ablative photothermolysis of the affected area is carried out by scanning laser radiation in the range of 970-2000 nm with an average power of no more than 4 W in a pulsed mode with a frequency of 50 Hz, a pulse duration of 10 ms and a pulse energy of 0.0 6-0.1 J. Then, for no more than 3 hours, a photosensitizer, which is a derivative of chlorin E6, is applied to the skin, after which the excess of the photosensitizer is removed and the photosensitized area is irradiated with scanning laser radiation with a wavelength of 662 nm with an average power of 1-2 W in a pulse-periodic mode with a frequency of 5 Hz and pulse duration 100 ms. The course of treatment includes one or more procedures, depending on the degree of skin damage by the pathological process. USE - Medicine. ADVANTAGE - Method allows to increase the efficiency of photodynamic therapy of age-related skin changes, benign, malignant, infectious-inflammatory, degenerative-dystrophic diseases of the skin due to the increased depth of intradermal transport of the photosensitizer through microthermal zones with a sparing nature of the photodynamic reactions induced in tissues and a reduction in the duration of the photosensitization process and the number of FF sessions. 5 cl, 1 tbl, 1 ex
