成果简介NOVELTY - The method involves performing preoperative marking of the horizontal meridian under local anesthesia in a vertical position using markers and intraoperative marking. The marking is performed during the femtolaser stage of the operation after the main stages of capsulorhexis and phacofragmentation, by forming two symmetrical arcuate incisions with a diameter between the incisions of 8.0-9.0 mm, an arc length of 10-15° intrastromally or to a predetermined depth, while reaching up to 80-90% of the corneal thickness, with 90° incision.
