成果简介	NOVELTY - Invention relates to medicine, namely to plastic surgery. Excess soft tissues in the lower pole of the breast are removed. Preglandular hydrodissection is performed, and the implant is placed in the dual-plane pocket. Incisions are made as in fig. 1, wherein diagonal incisions are made in proportion with the distance from the nipple-areola complex to the inframammary sulcus in the inferior lateral breast quadrant in combination with horizontal incisions located on both sides of the diagonal incision in the inframammary sulcus. Thus a mobile flap is obtained, moved axially in the medial direction. USE - Medicine. ADVANTAGE - Method allows correcting hypoplasia of the inferior medial quadrant associated with ptosis of the inferior lateral breast quadrant and simultaneously increasing the volume of the breasts in one operative stage, achieving high patient satisfaction with the aesthetic result of the operation and improve their quality of life, creating marginally noticeable scars and avoid postoperative aesthetic complications, such as the unnatural shape of the breast, aesthetic deformation of the lower contour of the breast, excessing soft tissues in the inferior lateral quadrant, wide interthoracic distance, high distance from the inframammary sulcus to the nipple-areola complex. 1 cl, 2 dwg, 2 ex
