| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to medicine, namely to urology, and can be used for treatment of patients with chronic recurrent bacterial cystitis. For the purpose thereof, intravesical antibiotic laser PDT is additionally conducted on antibiotic therapy by introducing Fotoditazin at a dosage of 0.8 mg/kg of body weight in a physiological solution of sodium chloride 90 minutes prior to the session, wherein the bladder mucosa is decontaminated using an "Atcus-2" apparatus with an output power of the optical waveguide of 2 W, power density of 0.04 W/cm2, laser emission energy density of 35 J/cm2 and wavelength of 662 nm, followed by contact impact from an LED phototherapeutic bracelet with a wavelength of 650±10 nm. The bracelet is made in the form of a wristwatch applied onto the wrist, the emitting matrix whereof is located in the projection of large vessels of the wrist. Exposure is conducted daily in two sessions per day with a light energy of 30 J at intervals of 3 to 4 hours for 14 days, the duration of the session is 15 minutes. Then follows a 1 to 2 day intermission, and a second course of contact exposure with an LED phototherapeutic bracelet is conducted daily in 1 session per day for 14 days. USE - Medicine. ADVANTAGE - Method provides a possibility of increasing effectiveness of treatment of patients with chronic recurrent bacterial cystitis due to complete alleviation of the inflammatory process in the bladder with reduction in the medicinal load on the body and prevention of repeated inflammation. 1 cl, 2 ex |
