成果简介	NOVELTY - The container has a structure with a door, made of load-bearing and heat-insulating layers and placed on a base of a metal pallet with the possibility of loading and unloading by fork equipment. The transport thermal container is made in the form of a cube or parallelepiped with a swing door fixed to casing with hidden hinges and equipped with a mortise lock with an internal locking mechanism and a seal along the contour for tight and tight closure. The casing is a multilayer structure consisting of a supporting frame made of metal, non-corrosive profiles, sheathed with composite panels. An inner case is made of rigid polypropylene, between heat-insulating layers is provided in the form of vacuum heat-insulating panels, made of evacuated nanostructured silicon dioxide powder, packed in a heat-resistant polymer film. The working chamber is equipped with a system of brackets and shelves. USE - Transport thermal container for transporting sensitive objects e.g. food that require maintaining certain temperature conditions throughout the entire period of delivery, and used in transportation and storage of medicines, transplants, biomaterials, vaccines, medical supplies, pharmacological products and other thermolabile objects in conditions of high and low ambient temperatures. ADVANTAGE - The heat-shielding properties of the container, the thermostating time of the transported regime cargoes both in passive use is increased. The operating time with maintaining the required temperature is more than 120 hours when using a container with thermal accumulators.
