| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to medicine, namely to thoracic surgery and phthisiology. Lateral thoracotomy is performed in the third intercostal space with a length of 6 cm. The skin, subcutaneous fat, and intercostal muscles are dissected in layers. The lung is isolated extrapleurally to the root. In the isolated lung, palpatory assessment of the degree of cirrhotic changes in the lung tissue and the degree of rigidity of the walls of the fibrous cavern is performed. A suturing apparatus is applied to the part of the lung containing the caverns. The cirrhotically altered part of the lung is resected using the suturing apparatus. The machine stitch is strengthened with two rows of atraumatic prolene suture. The extrapleural space is drained through a contraincision with a silicone tube. A silicone implant, pre-sutured with a non-absorbable monofilament suture, is installed. The implant is sutured to the soft tissues of the thoracic wall. The silicone implant is sutured to the intercostal muscles, and the wound is sutured in layers. USE - Medicine. ADVANTAGE - Method allows performing sanation of the main site of tuberculosis infection in case of widespread fibrocavernous tuberculosis, preventing deformation of the chest and overstretching of the remaining lung tissue leading to progression of tuberculosis and development of respiratory insufficiency. 1 cl, 3 dwg,1 ex |
