| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Described is a method for prosthetics of soft tissues of animals using a biopolymer film, resulting from the vital activity of cellulose-producing bacteria of the Acetobacter xylinum strain. The implementation of the method involves introduction of the animal to a state of general anaesthesia and treatment of the surgical field, followed by dissecting the skin cover in the area of localisation of the soft tissue defect. An endoprosthesis covering the defect and extending by 1 to 1.5 cm beyond the defect is placed directly on the soft tissue defect. The prosthetic material is secured along the perimeter of the defect with a suture material. USE - Biotechnology. ADVANTAGE - Method provides a possibility of preventing the occurrence of postoperative complications, such as formation of an inflammatory response reaction, formation of infiltrates upon contact of the implant with intestinal loops, adhesive processes, chronic seromas, as well as eliminating the risk of recurrence of the underlying condition. 1 cl, 6 dwg, 2 ex |
