| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to dispensers for liquid products and can be used for dosing pharmaceutical substances, including radiopharmaceuticals. Proposed is method for dosing and prepackaging of pharmaceutical substances, including controlled transport of the liquid from a supply tank to a metering closed intermediate container determining the dosed volume, connected with a liquid dispensing channel. The liquid is also redistributed into a metering dosing volume with preliminary piercing the lid of the supply tank using two needles, one needle is connected with a system of switchable valves and the second is auxiliary for equalising the pressure in the supply tank; the system of switchable valves provides control of the liquid and air flows for dosing the required volumes of liquid through a piston dispenser and then through the system of switchable valves and a needle preliminarily pierced into the lid of the packaging container. The apparatus for dosing and prepackaging of pharmaceutical substances comprises no less than one supply tank with a liquid, connected with the system of switchable valves and then with the dosing container by means of a channel. The supply tank is also equipped with two needles, wherein one is connected with the piston dispenser by means of a channel through the system of switchable valves, and then with the needle inserted into the lid of the packaging container by means of a channel through the system of switchable valves; the second needle is connected with the packaging container whereto the pharmaceutical substances are dosed by means of a channel. ADVANTAGE - Increase in the accuracy of dosing a predetermined volume, a possibility of using dosing of radiopharmaceuticals without the latter coming into contact with the environment, a reduction on the dosing time due to the elimination of the operations of opening and sealing containers. 5 cl, 3 dwg |
