成果简介	NOVELTY - Invention relates to medicine, namely to gynecology and reproductive medicine. At the same time, a space is formed between the residual cortex and the medulla of the ipsilateral ovary with the formation of a niche in the medulla, into which two-sided one-stage reimplantation of fragmented tissue is performed. Next, the dissected ovary is sutured using areactive suture material, the sutures are tightened until the edges of the wound are aligned. USE - Medicine.
