成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to medicine, namely to gynecology, and can be used for the treatment of myolysis of the submucous myomatous node. Channels are formed in the body of the submucous myomatous node during hysteroscopy. Through the channels from the inside, the body of the myomatous node is exposed to high-intensity laser radiation. With a myomatous node emanating from the bottom of the uterine cavity, the light guide is supplied to the outer surface of the myoma node section. With a myomatous node emanating from the side wall of the uterine cavity, the light guide is brought to its lateral surface. The number of channels ranges from 2 to 5, located at a distance of 10-12 mm from each other. The channels are formed by mechanical advancement of the fiber without supplying laser radiation to a depth of 5 mm. Further, without removing the light guide from the formed channel, laser radiation is applied from the inside to the tissue of the myomatous node for 3-4 minutes with an exposure power of 4-5 W in a continuous mode. The following mechanical advancement of the fiber into the body of the assembly is carried out with further laser action. The number of mechanical advances of the optical fiber without laser radiation is from 2 to 6. Further, without removing the optical fiber from the last channel, the optical fiber is mechanically advanced to the feeding leg at the base of the node without laser action, not reaching 10 mm to the border line of the feeding pedicle and the uterine wall, after which at this point is exposed to laser radiation with a power of 4 W in a continuous mode for 3 minutes. A surgical diode laser with a wavelength of 970 nm with a radiation power of 4-5 W, continuous generation of laser radiation is used as a source of laser exposure. USE - Medicine.
