| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. A xenograft flap from the cattle pericardium is sutured over the tubular part of the drainage and the entire conjunctival defect is covered with an amniotic membrane. In this case, before suturing the graft, the conjunctiva is incised on both sides of the cut tubular part of the drainage towards the limbus, and the incision is continued in both directions along the limbus with a length of 4 mm in each direction. The conjunctiva in contact with the tubular part of the drainage in the protrusion zone is excised along the protrusion at a distance of 0.5 mm. After that, the conjunctiva together with the tenon membrane is separated in both directions from the tubular part of the drainage towards the fornix of the eye. Next, the conjunctiva is exfoliated from the tenon membrane, and on the tenon membrane, from the side free from previous operations, three laxative incisions are made in a checkerboard pattern towards the arch of the eye at a distance of 2 mm between them. The free edge of the tenon membrane is completely covered with a xenograft flap and fixed with two interrupted sutures to the sclera. Then the free edges of the conjunctiva are connected and fixed with a continuous suture with a silk thread 8.0. USE - Medicine.
