成果简介	NOVELTY - Invention relates to medicine, namely to oncosurgery. The small intestine, the right half of the colon and the right lobe of the liver are mobilized. An extended tangential resection is performed with a single block with the pancreatoduodenal complex of the portal vein and the main trunk of the upper mesenteric vein with the preservation of the splenic vein and the medial wall of the upper mesenteric vein in conditions of complete compression of the mesenteric-portal confluence. The complex with the tumor is removed. When up to two-thirds of the circumference of the vein is involved in the tumor and a defect is obtained after a tangential resection up to 6 cm long, the vein is reconstructed so that the anchor node is formed outside of the vessel lumen in the center of the defect length, on the dorsal edge of the medial vein wall, proximal to the mouth of the splenic vein. The first injection from the anchor node from the outside inside into the wall of the portal vein is performed. The defect is sutured in the transverse direction. USE - Medicine.
