成果简介NOVELTY - The method involves pre-invasive and non-invasive techniques by assess the level and parameters of the patient's urethro-vaginal fusion (UVF) usinf MRI, endoscopy and cystourethrovaginoscopy, measuring the distance from the bladder neck to the point of confluence with the vagina and the length of the urethra, operaing the patient on the back under general combined anesthesia in the lithotomy position, and inserting the balloon catheters into the bladder and vagina under the control of endoscopy. An artificial vaginal opening is formed by the dissection of the distal portion of the vagina, matching and stitching the posterior portion of the vaginal opening with the indicated omega-shaped skin flap of the perineum.
