| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to medicine, namely to abdominal surgery. Appendectomy is performed. The line of sutures of the stump of the appendix is additionally strengthened with an absorbent plate with sanitation of the abdominal cavity with a solution of antiseptics to clean waters. After that, an absorbent sponge with a perforated membrane is inserted into the operating wound between the absorbent plate covering the dome of the cecum and the anterior abdominal wall. Next, a vacuum drainage is installed, which is hermetically fixed to the skin with a self-adhesive film, through which the pathological contents of the abdominal cavity are aspirated with control of the volume and nature of the effusion. After that, an absorbent sponge is removed from the wound, and the wound is either sutured with secondary sutures, or the wound heals by secondary intention. USE - Medicine. ADVANTAGE - Invention provides necessary tightness of the sealed defect, does not require the installation of additional drains of the abdominal cavity, allows providing routine control of complications, thoroughly cleaning the wound surface, accelerating the local formation of new vessels - angiogenesis, preventing wound infection with pathogenic microorganisms, relieving local edema in the tissues of the skin, stimulating local blood circulation, contributing to the acceleration of regeneration, enhancing the effect of local drug treatment by improving the absorption of their active substances into the vessels. 1 cl, 5 dwg |
