| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The device has an outer cylindrical body provided with a lid. A needle is covered with an elastic sheath that cushions when triggered. A pusher rod is provided with a spring. A fixing mechanism is located at an end of the pusher rod from a cartridge in form of elastic plates with engaging protrusions at ends, which are locked by a safety pin inserted inside between plates. An end of an inner body is pressed onto an injection site. An inner sleeve is provided with a rim. An outer sleeve is used for placing the cartridge. Another spring is placed between inner and outer sleeves with possibility pressure on flange of the inner sleeve. USE - Device for automatic injection of a needle and a liquid drug into muscle tissue at chemical plants. ADVANTAGE - The device increases reliability during operation by ensuring prevention of premature outpouring of a medicinal product. The springs and the pusher rod are made of plastic, so that stiffness of the springs, necessary and sufficient for use of the device in specific conditions can be increased. |
