| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to medicine, namely to thoracic surgery and phthisiology. The treatment is carried out in two stages. At the first stage, lateral thoracotomy is performed in the fourth intercostal space from the side of the only lung. The level of damage to the lung tissue, the size and length of the hernial orifice are assessed. The tissue of a single lung that has moved to the opposite side is returned to its hemithorax. The UNIKON SU-80 apparatus is applied to the area containing the tuberculous process. Resection of the lung is performed, followed by additional strengthening of the mechanical suture with a two-row continuous manual suture with a prolene suture. A polypropylene non-absorbable mesh implant is sutured with through U-shaped prolene sutures over the hernia orifice. After three weeks the second stage is carried out. A 6 cm long incision is made paravertebrally parallel to the medial edge of the scapula from the level of the spinous process of the third thoracic vertebra. Subperiosteal resection of the fourth, third, second and first ribs is performed sequentially. USE - Medicine. ADVANTAGE - Invention allows increasing effectiveness of treatment, eliminating mediastinal pulmonary hernia of the anterior mediastinum, correcting the volume of hemithorax, eliminating post-pneumonectomy syndrome, restoring the physiological position of the lung, trachea and esophagus, reducing shortness of breath and dysphagia in the patient. 1 cl, 4 dwg, 1 ex |
