For the surgical treatment of glaucoma with organic blockade of the anterior chamber angle, a conjunctival incision, coagulation of episcleral vessels, formation of superficial and deep scleral flaps, removal of a deep scleral flap, and formation of a drainage hole in the projection of the ciliary body (CB) are performed until filtration from the posterior chamber of the eye appears. Before the formation of the drainage hole, the entire surface of the CB is flattened using an optical probe with an outer diameter of 2 mm and a working spot size of 1500 microns from a diode laser with a wavelength of 810 nm and an output power of 0.3 W. Next, a drainage hole is formed using an optical probe of the same laser with an outer diameter of 0.9 mm and a working spot size of 500 microns at a laser output power of 0.2 W. USE - Ophthalmology.
