成果简介	NOVELTY - Method for treating a malignant neoplasm using magnetic hyperthermia, involves (a) delivering polymeric microcapsules in an effective concentration to the tumor area, comprising magnetic nanoparticles chosen from magnetic metal oxides, (b) exposing the tumor area to an alternating electromagnetic field (AMF) with an amplitude of 50-300 oersted and a frequency of 50-400 kHz, where the time of exposure to the magnetic field at 38-51° C for 10-70 minutes, and (c) selectively damaging or destroying tumor cells in the tumor area without damaging or with minimal damage to healthy surrounding tissue. USE - The method is useful for treating a malignant neoplasm using magnetic hyperthermia. The malignant neoplasm is breast cancer, lung cancer, pharynx cancer, larynx cancer, esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, liver cancer, pancreatic cancer, colon cancer, uterine cancer, cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, bladder cancer, testicular cancer, prostate cancer, bone cancer or brain cancer, preferably gastric cancer, prostate cancer or brain cancer (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a use of composition in a method for treating malignant neoplasm using magnetic hyperthermia, which comprises polymer microcapsules in an effective concentration comprising magnetic nanoparticles chosen from magnetic metal oxides, and a suitable excipient.
