成果简介NOVELTY - The method involves laying the patient on his back with a slight rotation of the table to the right, raising the left half of the heart. The endotracheal anesthesia is performed after heparinization. The arterial access is used to perform control coronary angiography, mini-thoracotomy, pericardiotomy are performed with traction sutures of holders on the edges of the pericardium. Two myocardial electrodes are sutured to conduct microwave ventricular stimulation. A diagnostic catheter is inserted transapically into the trunk of the pulmonary artery. The stenting of the target implantation zone with a stent is preliminarily performed. The transcatheter valve is implanted and released against the background of high-frequency ventricular stimulation of the heart. The control angiographic and transesophageal assessment of the position and function of the implanted valve is performed.
