成果简介	NOVELTY - The apparatus has a tube which is installed in a housing from a front side for translational movement and placing a locking ring at a working end. A retractable rod is installed inside the tube for axial translational movement and placing a needle ring and an elastic ring at working end. A handle is pivotally mounted on the housing and is connected to the tube to ensure the axial translational movement. The rod is provided for detachable attachment at working end of the annular knife and is mounted with a needle ring and an elastic ring, when a rotating handle located on a rear side of the housing and connected to the rod ensure translational movement. USE - Apparatus for imposing compression anastomosis on intestinal tract and connecting stomach with duodenum or small intestine during pancreatoduodenal resection, for treatment of esophageal atresia. ADVANTAGE - The applied effort during working of apparatus for imposing compression anastomosis is decreased.
