| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to medicine, namely to oncology, reconstructive plastic surgery, cranio-maxillofacial surgery and dentistry, and can be used in treatment of patients with post-resection defects of the alveolar ridge of the mandible. Two bridge-like flaps, mucosal and periosteal, are formed. The periosteal flap is formed on the vestibular surface of the mandible, maintaining the attachment of soft tissues in the projection of the mental foramens and including the mobilised tissues of the lower alveolar vessels and terminal branches thereof in the complex. The mucosal flap is formed by making an incision in the mucous membrane of the lower lip in the area of transition to the vermillion border in the projection of the defect, preserving the lower labial artery. The mucosal and periosteal flaps are mobilised, maintaining the attachment of tissues along the lateral edges of the flaps, the flaps are moved to the area of the defect and fixed by layers. USE - Medicine.
