成果简介	NOVELTY - Invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. For the surgical treatment of primary angle-closure and secondary glaucoma with blockade of the anterior chamber angle, a paralimbal conjunctival incision, coagulation of episcleral vessels, formation of superficial rectangular and deep trapezoidal scleral flaps with the base to the limbus, removal of deep layers of the sclera to the exposure of the flat part of the ciliary body (CB) to the scleral spur. After exposure of the flat part of the CB to the scleral spur in the zone of further formation of the drainage hole, the surface of the CB is coagulated to flatten it with a tip for bipolar diathermy with a flat beveled surface. A drainage hole with a diameter of 1 mm is formed in the flattened zone of the CB using a laser with a wavelength of 810 nm and an output power of 0.3-0.5W, a pulse duration of 3-5 s until filtration from the posterior chamber of the eye appears. 0.1 ml of Healaflow drainage implant is injected over the formed drainage hole. Next, two interrupted sutures are applied to the lateral walls of the superficial flap, and a continuous suture is applied to the conjunctiva. USE - Medicine. ADVANTAGE - Invention preserves the surgically formed outflow tract, prevents postoperative hypotension of the eye by limiting excessive filtration from the drainage hole formed during the intervention, prevents postoperative fibrosis in the surgically formed outflow tract, which contributes to a prolonged hypotensive effect. 1 cl, 3 ex
