| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to medicine, namely to herniology. A transverse skin incision is made under the navel. The preperitoneal space is formed. A balloon dissector is introduced into the formed preperitoneal space and pneumodissection is performed. Incisions are made in the skin at the intended site for the installation of working trocars. The anterior abdominal wall is pierced with a trocar stylet from the preperitoneal space and further towards the skin, layer by layer piercing the rectus abdominis muscle, the anterior aponeurosis leaf of the rectus abdominis muscle, superficial fascia, subcutaneous adipose tissue with the stylet exit into the previously made incision on the skin. After the stylet exits into this incision, a working trocar is placed on its sharp end from the skin side and it is inserted along the stylet into the preperitoneal space. Similarly, a second working trocar is introduced into the preperitoneal space. USE - Medicine.
