| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used to stabilize the spine in uncomplicated explosive fractures of the lumbar vertebrae. The method includes the installation of hook-stops under the arches of the vertebrae on both sides of the spinous processes, the connection of the hook-stops with the rods of the distractors and the distraction of the spine. To fix the spine, two transpedicular fixation systems are used, the screws of each of which are inserted into the legs of the arches in the adjacent vertebrae and in the damaged vertebrae through the Roy-Camille point.
