| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Method for resuscitating a newborn with asphyxia involves rapidly drying the surface of newborn body with a warm towel, rubbing the newborn with a dry towel, suctioning the contents of the oral cavity with a soft catheter, tightly pressing breathing mask to the nose and mouth, in the absence of spontaneous breathing, providing tracheal intubation, ventilating lungs with air and compressing, and in the presence of meconium in the amniotic fluid, removing meconium from the respiratory tract using a catheter with an end hole, choosing a site for injection, treating with an antiseptic, introducing injection needle into the soft tissues of the intercostal space, piercing the parietal pleural membrane, introducing the drug, additionally piercing the visceral pleural membrane and lung tissue, injecting natural breathing gas until the removal of amniotic fluid and mucus from the mouth and nose, ventilating the lungs and restoring chest compression. USE - The method is useful for resuscitating a newborn with asphyxia. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for resuscitating a newborn with asphyxia involves rapidly drying the surface of newborn body with a warm towel, rubbing the newborn with a dry towel, suctioning the contents of the oral cavity with a soft catheter, tightly pressing the breathing mask to the nose and mouth of the baby, in the absence of spontaneous breathing, providing tracheal intubation and ventilating the lungs with air at a rate of 40 breaths/minute, and compressing the chest about 80 times per minute, and in the presence of meconium in the amniotic fluid, removing meconium from the respiratory tract using a catheter with an end hole, choosing a site for injection between the 7th and 8th ribs in the area of projection of the line located in the middle of the distance between the spine and the posterior axillary line, treating the skin in this place with an antiseptic, introducing injection needle into the soft tissues of the intercostal space along the upper edge of the underlying rib, piercing the parietal pleural membrane, introducing the drug into the biological tissue at 37-42° C in a volume that ensures the release of the resulting foam to the outside through the open passage, removing the needle, wiping the puncture area in the skin with a damp cloth, drying, sealing, where the injection is injected in the right half of the chest in the absence of movements of the chest and diaphragm, additionally piercing the visceral pleural membrane and lung tissue to a depth of 3 mm, injecting natural breathing gas used as a medicine until the removal of amniotic fluid and mucus from the mouth and nose to the outside, stopping the injection, removing the needle, ventilating the lungs and restoring chest compression. |
