成果简介	NOVELTY - Invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. Then, 4 weeks after laser iridectomy, selective laser trabeculoplasty is performed along the lower segment of the trabecula. A month after selective laser trabeculoplasty, the hypotensive effect and the effectiveness of photothermolysis are assessed by the degree of residual pigmentation. With the second and higher degree of pigmentation, selective laser trabeculoplasty is performed every 4-6 months, until pigmentation of the 1st degree or its absence is obtained along the entire circumference of the trabecular network.
