| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to medicine, to anaesthesiology, and can be used for combined anaesthesia in endoscopic sinus surgery. Local pterygopalatine anaesthesia with palatine access is performed under general anaesthesia. An injection insulin needle without a syringe is inserted bilaterally in the projection of the pterygopalatine foramen with an inclination to the injection surface of 70 to 75 degrees. Directly into the projection point with a bone-facing slice, followed by advancement deep into the mucosa to the bone until a falling sensation. Then changing the angle of inclination to 80-90 degrees by insertion towards the pterygopalatine canal, without penetrating. Bilateral local infraorbital anaesthesia is performed by intraoral access, followed by laying the patient in the Trendelenburg position with the head thrown back in the sagittal plane with 10 minute exposure. The position of body and head of the patient are then returned to the horizontal, i.e., initial state. USE - Medicine.
