成果简介	NOVELTY - The method involves performing quick preparation and implementation of external heart massage, artificial respiration and artificial lung ventilation in a drowned person. The water and foreign substances are preliminary released from the respiratory tract. A site for injection between seventh and eighth ribs in the projection area of a line located in the middle of the distance between the spine and posterior axillary line is chosen. An injection needle is introduced into the soft tissues of the inter-costal space along the upper edge of the underlying rib. The parietal pleural membrane is pierced. A syringe is attached to the needle. A Janet syringe with a volume of 150ml is used. The syringe is completely filled with air. The jet air is injected into the lung until water and foam are removed from the mouth and nose. The needle is removed after the injection is stopped.
