| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The method involves determining preliminary extraperineural conduction anesthesia of the main trunk of the sural nerve, in which the site of injection of the anesthetic by ultrasound verification sural nerve. The ultrasonic sensor in the transverse plane is placed on the posterior surface of the shin at the border of c/3-n/3 of the shin and moving the sensor in the range of 10-15 cm in the distal and proximal direction until the appearance of ultrasonic signs of the peripheral nerve. The traumatic needle is inserted under ultrasound control and advanced in the latero-medial direction at an angle of 5-10 degrees in relation to the longitudinal axis of the sensor located in the transverse plane until the needle tip penetrates into the extraperineural region of the verified nerve, after which conduction anesthesia is performed using a local anesthetic.
