| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The spray dryer has a cylindrical drying chamber (1) arranged in the form of two series-connected cylinders of different diameters. A sprayer (4) is installed along the axis of the chamber. A suction system (5) is installed under a large cylinder (3). A discharge unit (6) in the form of a hollow cone is installed under the large cylinder along the axis of the chamber. The vertical curved partitions (10) are installed in the cavity of a large cylinder with slotted channels. The circular array of partitions in the drying chamber (7,8) is made in the form of a rolled sleeve (9) made of thin rolled products with a memory effect, in which the partitions are formed due to longitudinal slots in the lateral surface of the sleeve, and the ratio of the diameter of the sleeve to the diameter of the large cylinder satisfies the predetermined condition. USE - Spray dryer for drying solutions and suspensions and wet finely dispersed solid powder materials used in chemical, petrochemical, food, pharmacological, construction, metallurgical and other industries, and used in environmental processes for the disposal of finely dispersed, solid industrial and household waste. ADVANTAGE - The spray dryer reduces the time of the main process, reduces the preparation time for the spray dryer for the main run, increases the main run time and results in increased productivity. |
