| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to medicine, namely to biliary surgery. The cholangiostomy catheter is replaced with an introducer 9.0 Fr, a Dormia basket is inserted through it. Then the gallstone is grasped with the Dormia basket and pressed against the end of the introducer. An angiographic catheter is inserted in parallel to the basket and a mono-light guide is passed through it. Under beam navigation, the end of the mono light guide is located on a gallstone, laser radiation with a wavelength of 1.94 microns and a power of 40 W at the output is supplied, lasting 1-2 minutes, fragmenting the calculus. Balloon dilation of the large duodenal papilla is performed, fragments of calculus are washed out from the lumen of the bladder into the duodenum. A cholangiostomy catheter is inserted. USE - Medicine. ADVANTAGE - Method allows to resolve choledocholithiasis and cholecystolithiasis by antegrade method for those patients for whom endoscopic access has become ineffective, especially elderly patients with polymorbid condition under sparing anesthesia, makes it possible to treat cholelithiasis and its complications from one puncture, prevents the development of complications of minimally invasive treatment of cholelithiasis. 1 cl, 1 dwg, 4 ex |
